Welcome to the website for author and musician Jay L. Young.Jay grew up in Rockville, Maryland and attended college at Baylor University in Waco, TX. 

He and his wife, Cheri lived in Sacramento, CA for twelve years where they had four children. 

The Youngs currently live in San Antonio, TX where Jay works as a database programmer for a large bank.



Jay is the author of the Heroes Series – an epic series of Christian Fiction novels.  His novels have been described as “the X-Men meet the Old Testament”. 



All four novels, Heroes Of Old, Spirit Of Heroes, Sanctuary Of Heroes, and Tribulation of Heroes are currently available on Amazon.com.
